Created almost 60 years ago, from the idea of a resourceful weaver to weave a velvet denser and higher, the quality velvet pile was born and the foundation stone for the success of GIRLOON woven carpets was laid. Since then - and this is also unique in Europe - velvet pile has remained almost unchanged on the market. The fabric appearance of SAMTFLOR is also unique. Velvety, voluminous and matt, it displays its brilliant velvet characteristics, which are shown to their best advantage in a wide range of colors.
